A fast-growing specialty international insurance agency is seeking an Operations Manager with Marine & Logistics insurance experience to lead the Operations Team in the USA. The core responsibility is day-to-day execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, procedures are in compliance, and the team is productive and motivated.

The core responsibility is day-to-day execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, procedures are in compliance, and the team is productive and motivated.
Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in the Marine & Logistics Insurance field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a team leader
• Strong in communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service focus, detail-oriented, adaptability, and multitasking • Property and Casualty Insurance License in the candidate’s resident state is required within 3 months of employment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Comfortable with technology
Job Type: Full-time; Telecommute

Experience:
• Marine & Logistics Insurance: 8 years or more
• Team Lead: 3 years or more
• Shipping, Freight forwarding/Logistics/Global Supply Chains: 3 years (Preferred) • Customer Service and Administration: 8 years or more
• Compliance: 3 years (Preferred)

• United States
Languages:
• Fluent Spanish, both written and oral, is a plus
• Any other foreign languages are a plus.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
